Pet Policy
At Brookridge Country Club Apartments, pets are considered a part of the family. As a pet-friendly property, we are required to follow mandated pet guidelines. Contact the leasing office to discuss any pets that may be joining your family.
All pets require a $350.00 deposit. Half of which is non-refundable. In addition to other lease charges, you will be charged a $20.00 pet rent fee monthly. It will be listed as a separate line item on your lease paperwork.
